I have always believed that if you take care of your customers as if they were part of your family, they will be your customer and friend for life. I have been a small business owner my entire adult life, and have built many successful businesses that are still thriving to this day using this simple yet powerful code of ethics. I once knew a wise man that carried cards that he would pass out that said, “You must be willing to do things today that others won’t do, in order to have the things tomorrow that others won’t have.” I carry this same card with me as a reminder that I have and continue to do things that others won’t to make my customers happy. I have earned the title Vending Machine Guru by starting from the ground and working my way through every role in the vending industry. From building a successful vending route, to designing an improved circuit board for a dated yet reliable machine. I personally assist my customers with finding the right machine for their locations, and physically do all of the work, so there’s no middleman or anyone else other than the Guru himself carefully refurbishing and making sure your machine is the best it possibly can be. I go above and beyond to see that you are happy with any machine you purchase from my company.
