We even offer white glove delivery service, this means we unpackage machine, bring it inside and level the machine. We even test outlets to make sure to make sure they are wired correctly and have correct voltage.

We thoroughly prep our machines for shipping, to help ensure they make it damage free to your location. We photograph machines and video them from top to bottom so that we can let you see your machine before it leaves our warehouse. This is also to use in case we need to file an insurance claim. That being said, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the packaging and machine for shipping damages “BEFORE” signing for the paperwork (In front of the driver) Also, you must unpackage and thoroughly inspect machine or machines for damage. If there are any damages, take photos and send them to us immediately as well as call us. If your machine is badly damaged, reject the delivery. Make sure the driver doesn’t leave until this is done. Do not allow anyone at the location to inspect or sign for you, it is your responsibility to receive the machine, and it is important to handle this in case of damages.

If there is any damage to the machines purchased that is visible, it MUST be clearly documented in writing on the paperwork the delivery driver requires to be signed and we need a copy sent to us promptly so we can start a claim.

If the buyer signs the documents the buyer is saying the machines were delivered in satisfactory condition without any damages. In that case, we will not be able to file a legitimate claim if the buyer signs the shipping paperwork without fully documenting visible shipping damages. It will be the buyer’s loss in such cases if there is shipping damage and the buyer or the buyer’s agent signs the paperwork from the freight company without documenting visible shipping damages.

We also offer white glove delivery where we unpackage the machine and bring it to your location. We level the machine, and do a brief tutorial on how to set up and maintain the machine.
